With the exponentially increasing availability of ultra-processed substances named 'food', the innate meaning of 'good-food' has far-flung. Yes, preparing good-food consumes time but it is well recouped with undivided energy. Viewing food as a fuel to our mitochondria rather than a delight to the tongue will change our vision of eating. Many of our traditions have a savory starter before any meals that curbs upcoming the glucose spike. Building up our own quick and favourite list of starters is the key aspect towards a happy life.
